Tip of the month     Career problems are preventable diseases, but if allowed to progress unchecked can develop into incurable, even fatal career ruin. So follow these steps:   1. Have a career check. Examine what your deficiencies, defects, mistakes, omissions and problems are. Do not miss any out.   2. Once you recognise the problem, take steps to correct it. E.g. if you tend to argue and run into disputes get help to reform yourself fast. If you lack clinical knowledge, get it by reading and attending courses.   3. Seek help from other sources don't just sit back and do nothing.
