We receive a large volume of email and correspondence
from all over the world. Many of these are requests
for information or personal advice from doctors
who do not intend to join LDA. Some are applications
for locum posts.Some are inappropriate requests
from non-doctors.
To avoid the wastage of our time and
yours, our policy on this is stated below:
1. We regret that due to the enormous
volume of correspondence received, we are unable
to reply to any of these individually.
2. We do reply to our members of course.
3. We do respond to business mail
and queries from other organisations.
4. In some cases of emails from
non-member doctors, a single email reply may be
given but no repeat correspondence will be entered
into, unless the doctor joins LDA.
5. LDA only provides information
and advice to its members. The only info available
to non-members is on this website. Unless you wish
to join LDA, please do not waste time contacting
us for what is not here.
6. LDA is NOT a locum agency. We do not arrange
jobs.
7. LDA does NOT deal with visa and
immigration matters nor do we assist anyone to get
a UK visa.
